A beautiful rainy wedding day filled with winter charm and sparkle.
Lizzie and Alvin completely rocked their winter wedding day. The muted winter tones gave a perfect neutral backdrop to their stunning colour scheme of burgundy and blush pink. If you are planning a winter wedding and worried about the rain spoiling your photos, check out these images and put your mind to rest!
I love seeing what snacks people have to eat on the morning of their wedding. It’s so important to make sure you have something on standby. I love this plate of all the British classics. Glad to see one of my all-time favourites amongst them too, the bourbon! (Sorry all you jammy dodger lovers out there)
It’s so special when the bridal car is a treasured family car. Both father-of-the-bride and a family friend had provided their own beloved cars for the wedding. Lizzie travelled in this fab and very eye-catching Yellow Ford Cortina.
Lizzie’s bridesmaids looked so elegant in deep burgundy, styled perfectly for winter with hints of sparkle and lace.
The lace and sparkle were mirrored from Lizzie’s own gown which had a gorgeous off the shoulder cut and was stitched with pearls and delicate beads for a glitzy winter feel.
Lizzie and Alvin’s son Ethan looked so cute and smart dressed up for his parent’s wedding day!
The Oak Room at County Hall has such a vintage feel with it’s wood panelled walls. I love the range of emotions that come to the surface during the service.
Here they are arriving at their reception in Boxgrove, embracing the confetti in style!
I love capturing special moments with loved ones. A hug and a hand on a shoulder say so much.
Alvin’s Brother and Sister Geralvine, Gervin sang a special song for them after the speeches…
